Leadership
Egemen Kayalıdere
Founder & CEO
Egemen Kayalıdere graduated from Istanbul Aydin University's English Software Engineering department. Starting from his second year at university, he studied in Denmark and Italy through Erasmus exchange and internship programs, completing the equivalency process after two years of international education.
After returning from abroad, he started his career as a full stack developer. Over the years, he took on senior developer, lead developer and tech lead responsibilities across corporate mobile and web projects, working on both architecture and hands-on development.
He worked on corporate mobile and web projects for brands such as Turkcell, Vodafone and Mercedes-Benz, taking an active role in technical architecture, development and delivery processes.
In 2021, he founded his own company and continued working with clients in his portfolio with a focus on technical consulting, product development and sustainable software architecture. At EgKaSoft, he leads a founder-led working model that evaluates product goals, user experience and technical architecture in the same frame.
